Tasting Notes

Pale yellow colour, bright with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of long ageing

in bottle (brioche and pastry hints). Floral and aromatic herbs hints. Quite silky, elegant and harmonious

on the palate. Lively, round and refreshing, with subtle citrus and lemon verbena hints.
