Tasting Notes

Currant pink colour with plentiful fine bubbles. Great intensity on the nose with predominance

of red berries. Expressive in the mouth, where berries (raspberries and

cherries) can be tasted. Balsamic aftertaste with hints of Mediterranean herbs.
