Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with golden reflections, shiny and bright. Very fine bubbles. Aromas of pollen

and fruit. Oxygenation brings almond and acacia honey too. In the mouth it reveals notes

of dried apricots and dates, also recalling dried flowers. This cava shows complexity and

harmony refreshed by its acidity.
