ENOLOGIST’S NOTES

In order not to disrupt the wine’s balance, it has not been stabilized and may therefore have precipitates. Similarly, we recommend decanting and opening the bottle a while before use to allow the wine’s full expression. Optimum serving temperature is 18ºC.

TASTING NOTES (AT THE TIME OF BOTTLING) VISUAL ASPECTS

Wine of medium intensity color, ruby red with deep red touches. Accentuated tear.

OLFACTORY ASPECTS

High intensity forest fruits, red fruit and balsamic aroma. Complex, with well integrated toast and sandalwood, licorice and cocoa echoes.

TASTE ASPECTS

Stylish entry, smooth and stretched on after taste. Well balanced acidity and tanicity. Retroolfaction highlights the forest fruits and toasted hints.

Good evolution for the next 5 years.
