Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with golden hues, bright. Very fine bubbles. Aromatically complex. It shows

notes of fruit jam (apple and apricot). Fresh and lush at the same time. Full and balanced

in the mouth. Pleasant toast notes with aniseed final hints. Long aftertaste, freshand mouth

filling.
