Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega

Bright purple and red colour. On the nose appear fruity notes such as cherries and blackberries, and ripened compote with a floral touch of honeysuckle. Spicy notes also come to the fore.

On the palate it is, velvety and round, and evoques to the aromas found on the nose by retro-nasal tasting. Recommended white and red meats, especially with lamb. Pairs well with goat cheese.
