Pleasant aroma with light toasty notes due to the ageing in the barrel. Also varietal aromas of fennel, thyme, white fruit and peach. Remarkable persistence in the mouth.

Appropiate with all kind of seafood, white fish and specially recommended with oysters. Pairs well with light cheeses and white meat such as rabbit or duck.
