He participated in the vineyard renown by developing the commercial trade In the Rhône Valley region Thid is a typical southern Rhône Valley blend between Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The vines are 30 years old which are high alluvial terraces with large siliceous rollers. After the harvest the grapes are traditionnally vinified by a long skin maceration (3 to 4 weeks) while the alcoholic fermetation is doing. To have the best extraction we also pump the wine over. Then, the whole blend is aged in concrete vat This Côtes du Rhône is an elegant and harmonious wine with a profound ruby red color. Limpid and brillant you will find delicate aromas of black fruits. This rich wine has a good length in mouth and a powerful expression. It can be matched with red meats or strong cheeses.
