We grow five different grape varieties, all adapted to our Scandinavian cold climate: Solaris, Seyval Blanc, Phoenix, Rondo and Leon Millot, a total of about 3,000 vines spread over 1 hectare. The cultivation is managed in close collaboration with 150 dedicated growers who gather for work days 20 times a year.In the winery, our philosophy is to take advantage of the characteristics of our grapes and with as little intervention as possible create popular wines. |
