Clean and bright. Abundant and dense tear. In complex and intense nose, very ripe black fruit, low mount, sweet spices, balsamic notes and noble woods. In the mouth good entry, bulky, unctuous, with round tannins, good acidity, smoked and spicy notes. Long and pleasant finish. ACCOMPANIMENT: Rice with mushrooms, lamb stews, venison, partridge, stewed legumes, cured cheeses, ... BEST SERVED: It is recommended to decant 20 minutes before consumption and serve at 16-18ºC.
