Bouquet: Fresh, complex cassis and mint fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillin oak.
Palate: Full bodied with dense ripe cassis fruit flavours balanced with vanillin oak but yet long and smooth.
Vintage Conditions: Selected premium vineyards experienced ideal growing conditions producing wines of high sugar and flavours. Cool nights providing ideal har vesting conditions.

Vinification and Maturation: The grapes were picked for this wine was from a number of vineyard blocks around the Coonawarra region so harvest dates varied from the 3rd week of March 2016 through to the 3rd week in April 2016. The fruit came from the best vineyard blocks that cropped at no more than 3 Tonne/Acre.
