Pale lemon colour with a lovely brilliance

flashing through the wine. Intense and

forthcoming aromas of tropical fruit, melon,

pear, honeysuckle, almonds, and a hint of

white pepper. A medium bodied dry white

wine with juicy, succulent green apple, pear

and ripe citrus following through. The wine

shows lively acidity in balance with ripe fruit

tones wrapped around a subtle, yet present,

mineral streak leading to a lingering, fresh,

clean crisp finish.
