Castel Mimi

Castel Mimi Winery is a family owned château, established in 1893, and located in Bulboaca village, Moldova. The winery owns around 200 ha of vineyards in the Speia village, Codru winemaking region. The winery features one of the most modern facilities that cover all production stages. Castel Mimi is specialized mostly on High Quality Dry Wines, from international and local indigenous varieties. Often the wines go through oak maturation, as the château has one of the biggest number of oak barrels in use in the country, over 1000 barriques.

But also Castel Mimi is one of most visited places in Moldova, as on its territory the guest can find a unique Touristic complex that includes accommodations, swimming pool, restaurant, event halls and spaces.
