High aromatic intensity where floral aromas such as orange blossom, combined with the fruity notes of green apple, pear and lemon peel.
On the palate has a sweet entrance and is very fresh. Long and pleasant aftertaste thanks to the ageing with the lees. It matches perfectly with Vilanova´s prawn, fish, rice and Asiatic cuisine due to its remarkable acidity. It is also recommended with tapas and light starters.
