Tasting notes: Distinctive aromatic profile, with intriguing scents of apricot, peach, rose petals, hay and sweetness that resist to overpowering the other flavors. Growing conditions: In Vino De La Tierra De Castilla the Vintage of 2017 the weather was marked by temperatures rising through the end of June, a very hot July and then relief for the Vineyards as the cooler weather arrived in August. As a result the crop was slightly lower than usual with concentrated aromas and healthy matured grapes.
