Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with greenish reflections, bright, very marked tear. Delicate but intense nose,

fresh, with aromas of lemon and tangerine peel. As it opens up, notes of vineyard peach,

honey and pollen unfold. Fruity in the mouth with predominance of white fruit (pear) and peaches

in syrup. Finish with light hints of Mediterranean herbs: thyme, lemon verbena and sage.
