Intense and well- balanced, where the wood does not diminish the fruit role.
ORIGIN
Vineyards of our own, located in South faced slopes, with gravel soil and clayish bottom. The vineyards are 20 years old with a production of 5000-5500 kg per hectarea
VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100 % tempranillo.
MACERATION
Controlled temperature under 28º C, 15 days maceration.
AGEING:
Aged for 180 days in oak barrels( 50% hungarian Wood and 50% french Wood) and 180 days in bottle.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION: 16º C.
