Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega

Organoleptic characteristics: Pale straw yellow in colour. Abundant tiny bubbles forming very fine, regular and persistent strings. Very clean, powerful and classic on the nose. Fine aromas of long ageing on lees with a fruity background, delicate pastry notes, slightly toasty and a hint of smokiness. Flavoursome and smooth on the palate, very balanced and intense flavours. Elegant and light but with body, which embraces a very balanced acidity. Broad and complex finish.

Numbered Reserva: This limited production is obtained from vines situated at an an altitude of 500 m. where the microclimate confers special characteristics to this "CRU." As a millésimé, it is only produced in exceptional vintage years.

Cava and food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and also for drinking on its own because of its distinguished character. It goes well with foie gras, white fish, mild smoked food, carpaccio, roast beef and poultry.
