Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega

On the nose, comes first the best of new oak: toasted notes with a spicy background. The fruit lies under the wood and reminds us of ripe blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. Highly aromatic, it?s a wine that evolves slowly in the glass, gradually showing its aromas, spices, ripe red fruits notes, a hint of liquorice and its powerful yet well integrated wood.

In the mouth, it has got moderate acidity; it has the splendour of a round wine, well-structured on its soft, velvety tannins making it mild in its initial phase with a long and elegant finish. With notes of balsamic, vanilla, toasted wood and warm spices, a harmony of textures, it is seductive, persistent, and very pleasant.

Finally, it?s a deep wine, complete, and full of expression, that makes us all understand that this soil, climate and vineyards can produce great quality wine.
