Moderate acidity, potent, round And well structured. Soft tannins, complex and elegant finish. Aromas of ripe black fruits, spices, wood, vanilla, pepper, liquorice, chocolate and balsamic. Slightly mineral with notes of menthol-eucalyptus due to ?licorella? (slate) soil, typical of the Priorat terroir.
