Appearance: Deep garnet hue with purplish and brick red tinges; bright and clear, with good viscosity.Nose: High aromatic intensity, expressive, with a fruity and spicy character; notable aromas of prunes, cooked hibiscus, blackberries, cinnamon; hints of chocolate and spices such as black pepper and clove. Palate: Dry, ample and powerful attack, showing a good balance between acidity and firm tannins, and a long-lasting aftertaste during which black fruit, toasty and smoaky notes as well as spices resurface.
