Appearance: Straw yellow hue with light golden flashes; day bright, clear and crystalline; with high viscosity and delicate and fine beads that crown the top of the glass with a creamy and generous pale yellow cordon de mousse.Nose: Highly effusive and fruitforward,with enticing aromas of pineapple, apple, pear, peach, hints of baked bread and a finish marked by subtle caramel notes. Palate: Fresh, lively and elegant, with an ample attack and pleasant effervescence. Hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple, green apples and citrusy and dairy aromas.
