Appearance: Radiant and crystalline sparkler, straw yellow hue with greenish reflections. Fine stream of pearl bubbles that form a cordon de mousse.Nose: Fairly effusive with particular highlights of white flowers, citrus (lime), pear and green apple and toast given by its contact with yeast. Palate: A sparkler of firm attack, longlasting finish and fine bubbles; lively, dry and subtly leesy, with a vivid floral fragrance.
