Appearance: Clear and bright sparkling wine with a straw yellow color. Persistent fine perlage that forms a lavish and incessant cordon de mousse on the wine surface.Nose: Fairly expresses a wide range of aromas, reminiscent of toast (derived from the aging process), yellow fruits, white flowers and nuts (e.g., hazelnuts and almonds).. Palate: Dry and fresh with an ample attack and persistent finebeaded bubbles; long aftertaste with hints of fresh bread and toast given by its contact with yeast.
