Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega
Wine whit a strong character, for a long time aging, sharpened in small French barriques to better. Intense ruby red colour with violet nuances. Intense and ample with ripe fruit hints, especially preserve and jam. It has spicy and mineral hints. Soft and warm with a well balanced, quite acid-tannic perception. It pairs well with flavoury first dishes of legumes and rinds; grilled and braised red meat, medium-long seasoned cheeses.
