It presents a clean and deep aroma highlighted by floral character (blossom, jasmine) and a roasted aroma from the barrel. Taste: Silky, with a light sweet flavor, without making one sick. Its entry into the mouth summons floral flavours with candy touches, persistent and complex. Its presence fills the nose. Accompaniment: Ideal for sweet desserts and cheeses.
