Sight: Attractive mahogany color with greenish reflections.Smell: Very clean, intense and elegant. They emphasize their sharp aromas reminiscent of nuts, toffee and coffee. Taste: Dry, full of flavors, persistent and tasty. Complex and very balanced, it is persistent in retronasal way. Accompaniment: Ideal for all types of tapas and snacks, especially cheeses and slaughter. One of their best companions, the almond salad. Operating temperature: 14-16ºC.
