Handpicked from individually selected rows on our 300 acre estate. This cool climate Pinot Noir was carefully crafted in the winery with partial whole bunch ferment followed by 12 months maturation in new French oak barriques. Displaying complex aromas of strawberry, spice and light savoury notes. The palate is seamless and elegant with flavours of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. The French oak barriques add ample but delicate tannins with a creamy palate delivering a generous delightful length. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to improve with cellaring over the next 10 years. Stunning on its own or enjoy as an outstanding accompaniment to any game dish or turkey, alternatively stuffed wild mushrooms as a vegetarian option.
