Light straw in colour this wine displays lifted aromas of dried mango, apricot kernel and cashew nuts. The palate has intense flavours of nashi pear, ripe fig and nuances of butterscotch and almond evolving from 6 months maturation in French Oak. With a vibrant palate and long finish this wine is drinking beautifully now and will continue to improve with cellaring over the next 5?8 years. Simply serve chilled on its own or enjoy as an outstanding accompaniment to creamy pastas, spiced infused chicken or with buttered mushrooms as a vegetarian option.
