Very fruity, intense Tempranillo wine whose oaky touch lends it a smooth, velvety texture that will please those who prefer fresher, less structured wines. It is a good match with rich, spicy food, even with vegetable dishes. Try it with Spanish paprika sausage (chorizo) or with patatas bravas (spicy potato chunks).
