Deep brick red in colour. The fruit characters on the nose are dark and rich with vibrant earthiness and complexity. A full flavoured Cabernet Sauvignon showing dark berry fruit and dried mint with attractive tannin structure and length. Reynella clone cruched / destemmed and then a static tank fermenter. Cultured yeast added at crusher with 7 days skin contact (small portion longer). Aged meticulously in French Oak for 18-24 months. Cellar potential of another 15+ years.
