Organoleptic characteristics: cherry red color with ruby border of medium layer, clean and shiny. In the nose, it has a high intensity where the balsamic aromas (almonds, vanilla, mint chocolate) and spices (black pepper, clove, cinnamon) stand out on subtle notes of black fruit in jam.
