Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Tasting: Medium layer garnet color. Very attractive nose of red fruit (cherry), candied red fruits, spicy aromas (pepper).

Pleasant in mouth, with soft and light tannins. The minerality stands out. The palate is alive and round, velvety and persistent.

Pairing: It will combine well with all kinds of meats, and also with baked fish and cured cheeses.
