Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega This liqueur has been produced following a centenary formula of Brother Antonio, a monk from the Desierto de las Palmas, which has been kept as a tightly guarded secret by his successors. It is prepared by combining the finest coffee beans, which are patiently distilled in our copper stills in the traditional way, until an exquisite tasting clear liqueur is obtained, without additives or colourings.
