Harvest Date: Feb/March 2017
Vinification and Maturation: The different varieties were picked at between 13.0 to 13.5 Baume to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great classic Australia blend. The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. A Portion of each of the different wines underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Careful tasting and blending help produce this wine of style and great value for money.
Serving Suggestion: Try with T-bone steak or any meat off a BBQ.
