Red wine matured 5 months in barrels and 10 in bottlePreparation: The grapes are macerated at low temperature with regular pumping up of the skins.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature.
Maturity: The wine is sent to barriques of French oak for the malolactic fermentation and further aging for 6 months.
Tasting notes
Appearance: It has a quite dark red cherry colour, bright and clean.
Aroma: In the nose, it is very clean, with good fruit and well integrated toasted notes, fresh and elegant.
Taste: In the mouth it has a good structure, and is pleasant with good acidity and long aftertaste.
